You can swap batteries at Honda e:SWAP STATIONS, with over 33–44 locations available across Bangkok and surrounding areas.

All stations operate 24 hours a day, and you can easily find the nearest one through the Honda e:SWAP app.

For the CUV e: Connectivity model, you can also use the Honda RoadSync Duo app.

The main service is battery swapping (Swap Battery) using the SWAP card, available at Honda e:SWAP STATION. The process is convenient and fast — completed within 1 minute with no additional charges.

 

For vehicle maintenance, there are no service fees and free genuine replacement parts for scheduled maintenance (in case of normal wear and tear over time).

Regular maintenance checks are available starting from:

  • 1,000 km (initial check)

  • 6,000 km

  • 12,000 km, and

  • every 6,000 km thereafter.
